SHIPPING

Tracks can be ordered on your choice of Audio CD, MiniDisc or MP3 Download. MP3s are delivered by email. This is not an automatic process. We send your tracks to the email address provided. Delivery is usually within hours.

The maximum number of tracks available on 1 format does vary according to track lengths. We estimate it roughly to be about 10 – 12 Tracks. We supply you with as many CDs or MiniDiscs as it takes to fulfil your order at no extra cost.

Shipping to the UK is via Royal Mail 1st Class. There is a charge of £2.50 per order

International Delivery is via AirMail Parcels. There is a charge of £3.50 per order.

In the UK your tracks will be with you in 2-3 working days. International customers please allow 7-8 working days. TRACKFISH.COM cannot be held responsible for any delays, losses or damage incurred by the chosen courier.

RETURNS.

No backing tracks may be returned for exchange or credit unless supplied in error by TRACKFISH.COM.

We use top quality TDK Audio CDs or TDK MiniDiscs to supply you with your tracks. Every effort is made to ensure best possible sound quality and error free media. In the event of a technical fault with the backing track, this must be reported within 7 days. TRACKFISH.COM will try to correct the problem within 7 days or, failing that, offer a full refund or supply an alternative track of the client’s choice.
